Megan Fox Transformers 3 is making controversial. Because various reports confirmed that, she dropped from Transformers movie after publicly criticizing moviemaker Michael Bay.
Paramount Pictures confirms that, after months of loudly bashing director Michael Bay, the actress has been dropped from Transformers 3.
The news comes after Megan Fox slammed director Bay and revealed he was a “nightmare to work for” and “hopelessly awkward” in 2009 interviews.
Megan Fox was not popular on the set of the blockbuster – she had to reach out to crew members last year after they branded her “dumb” and “ungracious.”
The 24-year-old Megan Fox slammed the franchise as “not about acting” in an interview with Entertainment Weekly in which she also accused Bay of making her model 18 skimpy outfits and wash his car while filming the first movie. In another interview, she called Bay “Hitler” and said he was a “nightmare to work for.”
Michaels Bay snapped back that Megan Fox “needs to grow up” and she owes him her career.
Last October, Megan Fox backtracked on her statements. “The movie took me out of obscurity and gave me a career, and I’m completely grateful to everyone involved with this franchise,” she said at Spike TV’s 4th annual Scream Awards.
Shia LaBeouf — who criticized Bay and Indiana Jones director Steven Spielberg at the Cannes Film Festival this week — is still slated to star in the third film (out July 2011), which he has promised “will be darker” than the first two.
