Alexandria Mills (born in Louisville, USA) is an American beauty pageant titleholder. She was crowned Miss World 2010 on October 30, 2010 in Sanya, China. Mills is the first American to win Miss World since Gina Tolleson in 1990 and the 60th Miss World in the history of the pageant. She is vegetarian.
